Your users' feedback on an agent's replies (thumbs on a message, a rating, a
comment, a survey at the end of a conversation) can go to LittleDB as scores
with source user, where reviews, trials and rollback weigh it next to the
judges. Chat reactions and outcomes
get there through db.outcomeSink(), your backend through db.feedback(), and
the browser through db.feedbackHandler(). It is all documented in one place:
User feedback.
LittleDB is private source and not installable. Little Harness works without it, including Outcome Capture to local traces. See LittleDB for status.
